Return & Refund Policy

3.1 The “Inspection-First” Mandate

At BDS Wall Paper, we maintain a rigorous quality-control protocol for all China-sourced imports. Because wallpaper is a precision-cut decorative material, our refund policy is designed to protect the integrity of our inventory.

3.2 Eligibility for Returns (Retail & Wholesale)

  • Defective Material: Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects (e.g., printing errors, structural tears) identified before the wallpaper is cut or installed.
  • The 48-Hour Window: Any discrepancy in quantity or visible damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to our Dhaka Command Center.
  • Unopened Rolls: We accept returns of unopened, factory-sealed rolls within 7 days of purchase, subject to a 20% restocking fee for wholesale orders.

3.3 Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Installed Material: Once a roll has been cut or adhesive has been applied, it is considered “Consumed” and is ineligible for return or refund.
  • Custom Imports: Specially ordered “Unique Category” designs requested specifically for a client’s project (not held in regular Dhaka stock) are strictly non-refundable.
  • Shade Miscalculation: We do not offer refunds if the customer miscalculates the number of rolls needed or dislikes the color after delivery.

3.4 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method (Bank Transfer, Mobile Wallet, or Cash) within 7 to 10 working days.
